摘要：通过对变电站高压室内10kV开关柜交接试验工作的探讨，确定了影响10kV开关柜交接试验工作效率的三点主要
　　
　　因素：短路、接地导线简陋，交叉工作人员过多和试验方法设计不当根据实际情况，提出了三项改进措施：更换标准线夹，
　　
　　制订相关试验制度，设计新的试验方法，使10kV开关柜交接试验的工作时间大大减少，提高了工作效率。
